How can I ensure that I'm protected from Lifestyle Concierge while we're on vacation and you're monitoring my home?

  • First off, the only person that will be entering a vacant home at any time will be company president Dino Vincenzi. Mr. Vincenzi has general liability insurance that completely protects clients against theft or damage in their home. Dino will also provide his personal police record check to you prior to any type of business transaction.

Are you really available 24 hours a day?

  • Yes, we are. To best meet our client needs, we have to be as flexible as possible.

Are there specific services that come with each of your packages?

  • No, the services you use are totally based on your needs. We outline in our company overviews some of the typical services people use, but every client has a different need.

Do my service hours expire if I don't use them?

  • You can use your service hours as much or as little as you want. Some clients use our service every couple of days while others hold onto hours in case of urgent situations. There isn't a deadline as to when you have to use those hours of service.

What is it that you can do for me that I can't do myself?

  • Well, you can do what we do. We just feel that we have an advantage because of the networking we do. We provide businesses that are loyal to us with plenty of business. We pass those savings on to you, our client. Clients are obviously happy when we can save them money and help them avoid the hassle of driving around doing errands. There's also a comforting feeling for clients knowing that they can rightfully call someone for help whenever they want rather than call a friend or sibling. It's much easier to tell someone to do something if you've paid for the service.

Why should I use Lifestyle Concierge rather than a company with cheaper rates?

  • We've assesed our business with different scenarios. We're able to compensate employeees properly. We don't have to hire someone at minimum wage in order to stay in business. We believe that employees don't value a job with a small wage, and empoyees that aren't compensated properly may try to exploit clients. We've elimated these issues completely, although we feel the need to clarify and specify our expectations and reputation.

How do you know how much each service costs?

  • Each errand will be calculated to the minute. Service times and mileage will vary with every task completed.

How do I order a service once I've purchased a service package?

  • You simply email or call us and let us know what you want done. Try to let us know 48 hours in advance, but we will do our best to accomodate you if you need our service immediately.

Why can't I use your weekend house-sitting package (3 visits) while I'm away from my home for a month?

  • Our weekend house-sitting package consists of 3 visits to your home Through our research, we found that many different home insurance companies may not cover loss, theft, or general damage to your home if it hasn't been visited or lived in for 72 hours ( 3 days) consecutively. Check your home insurance policy to confirm this. Also, thieves typically target homes that look neglected ( excessive junk mail and little lighting in the evening). The way our house-sitting packages are designed, at the very least your home will be visited every other day, while the option is available for your home to visited and monitored several times a day.
