1.  ___________________________________________ hereby contracts Lifestyle Concierge to provide services described on its website and in its marketing material in accordance with the following terms and conditions.  ‘The Agreement’ is the ‘Contract Service Agreement Form’.  Client agrees to pay Lifestyle Concierge for the services rendered and any out of pocket expenses Lifestyle Concierge may incur to provide the services to client.  If goods are needed to be purchased by the client or a deposit is required, these need to be paid for by the client and any outstanding balance may be deducted from the service package client purchased from Lifestyle Concierge.

2.  Each service provided is to be agreed upon prior to service commencing.  Lifestyle Concierge will provide confirmation of the task, date, time and costs for each requested job.

3.  Lifestyle Concierge would like at least 48 hours notice prior to service expectation time, although same day service requests will be accommodated if possible.

4.  Lifestyle Concierge reserves the right to decline providing service requests if it deems itself unsuitable, and if task is deemed unsafe or illegitimate.  Lifestyle Concierge also reserves the right to terminate the contract.

5.  Lifestyle Concierge’s services will not include any type of childcare services or any service to individuals below the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult or guardian.   Lifestyle Concierge can arrange to search for a third party to meet these requirements.

6.  Lifestyle Concierge will not be liable for any loss, disappointment, cost, expenses or damage of any nature as a result of goods or services provided by any third party or third party recommendation. 

7.  Lifestyle Concierge will deliver professional services at all times and will ensure privacy and respect of its clients personal information at all times unless it is agreed upon with client and solely for the purpose of providing and completing a service for the client. 

8.  If the client requests that Lifestyle Concierge use the client’s credit card for the purpose of rendering services, the client shall promptly, and upon request, provide written confirmation of its authorization for Lifestyle Concierge to use such credit services.

9.  In the event that the client asks Lifestyle Concierge to perform a service and that service isn’t performed because of negligence by the client, Lifestyle Concierge reserves the right to consider the lost time billable to the client account.

9.  Charges for each task are dependant on time required to complete tasks.  Each task and its time requirements will vary depending on circumstances beyond the control of Lifestyle Concierge and its representatives.  Completion time of tasks can only be estimated prior to completing tasks and the precise cost of service can only be known after the service is completed.

10.  Lifestyle Concierge must charge GST to all its services and service packages which have not been included in the documented service price package.

11. Lifestyle will charge 0.20 cents per kilometre for performing concierge tasks. These charges will be billed from the clients packaged hours purchased and will be billed in conjunction with charges for the time required to complete concierge service tasks.
